Happy beginning of school! We have a new teacher this year, Sarah, she is teaching the eagles (8-11 year olds). Alley is back and she is teaching the owls (5-8 year olds). We are so glad that our community has grown! Thank you for being part of it!

“Sarah was holding Beatrice. Beatrice was by Roxaboxen. Beatrice is a weird chicken. And there’s a lot of kids playing. And there’s some trees.”-Hazel
“In banana tag one person tags another person and they say tag and then two more people tag and say tag and play rock paper scissors.”- Ryder
“We played the drums. There was a game that we played. It was called the poison game. There was another group and Rebecca was in it.”-Gabriel
“I went to a waterfall called Lye Brook Falls. We had lunch.”-Emma (It was a fantastic mountain day!)
“Larry is a hall pass. There are two Larrys, one is a chicken and the other one is a troll. We ask the teacher for Larry if we want to go to a different classroom or office.”- JJ
“We did tug of war with a rope. We jumped on foot. I put the stick down with a circle thing and the balls went in. I went through a tunnel in Roxaboxen. We did all of this in P.E.”-Abby (Thank you Jesse for a fabulous first P.E class)
“We’re doing a soccer game at Maple Street.”- Caleb (Update- It was incredible! Yay RFCS soccer team for working so hard!)
“The whole school is going camping. It will be so fun. We are going because we like to hike. It will be Friday. We will have hot dogs. We will hike there.”- Rebecca (update we did go camping at Merck and it was so lovely. Thank you Merck Forest for hosting us.)
